Cabinet King Handyman provides a range of residential and commercial services, including but not limited to: cabinet installation and repair, custom carpentry, general handyman tasks, kitchen and bathroom remodeling, furniture assembly, drywall repair, painting, flooring, and minor electrical and plumbing work. Any new services introduced will also be covered under these Terms.
As a client or visitor of Cabinet King Handyman, you agree to:
Provide accurate and up-to-date contact and project information.
Respond promptly to scheduling communications and service confirmations.
Grant safe and reasonable access to the property where services will be performed.
Ensure that the work area is free from hazards or obstructions.
Comply with all payment terms, including deposits, balances, and any applicable late fees.
Refrain from any unauthorized use of our branding, materials, website, booking systems, or digital tools.
Avoid disrupting, interfering with, or misusing our services, platforms, or communications.
Failure to meet these responsibilities may result in service delays, additional fees, or termination of services.
By providing your mobile number through our website, you consent to receive recurring SMS messages from Cabinet King Handyman. These messages may include appointment reminders, service updates, or promotional offers.
Message Frequency: You may receive 1 to 10 or more messages per month depending on your service activity or promotional eligibility.

All payments to Cabinet King Handyman are final unless otherwise stated in a written agreement. Cabinet King Handyman does not offer refunds for services rendered, except as required by law. By purchasing our services, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
A deposit may be required before scheduling certain services, especially for custom or large-scale projects. The deposit amount and payment terms will be specified in your estimate or invoice. Failure to pay the required deposit may result in delays or cancellation of your service appointment.
Full payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed in writing. Late payments may be subject to a late fee of up to 5% of the total invoice per week past the due date.
If you need to reschedule your appointment, we ask that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations or rescheduling with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a fee of up to $50 to cover lost time and scheduling impacts.
Cabinet King Handyman provides all services “as is” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We are not responsible for any damages, including but not limited to property damage, lost revenue, project delays, business interruptions, or missed opportunities, resulting from scheduling changes, unforeseen conditions, technical issues, or the outcome of any services rendered.
We may use third-party tools, platforms, or subcontractors to complete certain services. Cabinet King Handyman is not liable for any errors, delays, or damages caused by third-party services or contractors beyond our direct control.
Additionally, we are not responsible for failure to perform or delays in performance due to events outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, accidents, government restrictions, labor disputes, equipment failure, or acts of God (collectively referred to as “force majeure” events).
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cabinet King Handyman disclaims all liability for any incidental, indirect, special, or consequential damages.
All content, branding, logos, digital assets, images, and materials displayed on this website are the property of Cabinet King Handyman and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
